Information on Cognac Appreciation Course -

Basic Selection

Course Duration: Between 2hrs and 3hrs

Venue & Date: To be confirmed, classroom environment

Class size: Between 7 and 15 participants per class

Cost: SGD90/- Per Person (Please Scroll Down To See BOC For Breakdown Of Charges)

You will receive the following during the course:

a) At least 180ml of Cognac (6 x 30ml)

b) One Bottle of Drinking Water (Minimum 500ml)

Appreciation includes 1 x 30ml of Cognac for each of the cognac in the Basic Selection (A total of 6 x 30ml).  The organisers may replace any of the selected cognac with one of similar or higher standard.

6 Medium Sized Balloon Sniffer Cognac Glasses will be used by each participant for this course.

All cognacs will be enjoyed neat, without ice.

If 6 shots of cognac isn't enough to quench your thirst for cognac appreciation, additional shots are available at the prices stipulated in the BOC (Please scroll down).

The total cost per person adds up to SGD90/-.  Participants shall pre-pay upon booking.

Facilitator Mr Daniel says: "Making profit is not our primary concern here for the Cognac Basic Course.  As you can see, the cognac is reasonably priced and the nominal fee is barely enough to cover room rental.  This course, however, is set up to get participants interested enough to commence their journey into a whole new world of appreciating finer cognacs.  I strongly recommend participants to enrol in either the Basic or Intermediate course first before proceeding to appreciate the finer cognacs in the higher courses.  In this way, comparision can be made along the way and experience in appreciation will guide them to truly enjoy the cognacs that envied the heavens."
